Philippians is one of my favorite epistles of Paul in the bible. If you are feeling down or having a feeling of trouble in your heart and mind, this book is what you need. It has only 4 chapters. It’s very optimistic, encouraging, soul up-lifter, and a joyful book that you will surely love to read in times of troubles. You can reflect on it and claim the words to our Lord, Jesus Christ!

Night Runner

Most of my runs this past few weeks were during the night. Reason? I can’t wake up early in the morning during weekdays. So I decided to do my runs after my work. It is working, I can say. I can still follow my running schedule though, not that strict. I just have no commitment this month but I’ve been planning to join the New Balance Power Race fun run by the end of the month for my 2nd milestone. :)
