Philippians is one of my favorite epistles of Paul in the bible. If you are feeling down or having a feeling of trouble in your heart and mind, this book is what you need. It has only 4 chapters. It’s very optimistic, encouraging, soul up-lifter, and a joyful book that you will surely love to read in times of troubles. You can reflect on it and claim the words to our Lord, Jesus Christ!

Tehillah

Tehillah – teh-hil-law, to sing, to praise. A Hebrew practice to sing new songs to God spontaneously . To praise Him through a melody from the heart and words of glory.

I got up late last Sunday. Still rainy. Actually I woke up so early 5:30am in the morning trying to beat the sleepy mind of mine and take the run I promised the day before. Unfortunately (for my body and spirit) it was raining and fortunately (for my mind) I can continue my sleep.
