Philippians 4:4
Philippians is one of my favorite epistles of Paul in the bible. If you are feeling down or having a feeling of trouble in your heart and mind, this book is what you need. It has only 4 chapters. It’s very optimistic, encouraging, soul up-lifter, and a joyful book that you will surely love to read in times of troubles. You can reflect on it and claim the words to our Lord, Jesus Christ!

There was a small child who wants to lift a big stone. He was so small and so fragile child. Obviously he cannot lift a big stone that is much higher/bigger than him. But he really wanted to lift it and bring it home. From afar, his father saw this and observed his son doing his best to lift it up. He saw that his son even fell on his back trying to lift the stone. But the stone didn’t move even a bit. The father smiled and came to him. He lifted up the big stone so easily and his son smiled seeing his father helping him. “Didn’t I tell you to ask me for help whenever you face any kinds of troubles?”, he asked his son.
